An Anglo-Scandinavian knife based on Coppergate finds, with a Holly handle, dating to roughly late 9th to 11th Century.
The blade is hand forged wrought-iron with a high carbon steel edge forge welded in place, set into the handle with historical cutler's resin.

The sheath is made from veg tan leather, copying Coppergate 15625, with a skived whip stitch seam, stained to mimic bark tanned leather, and finished with my own beeswax leather balm.
